OVERVIEW
QTOS is a Python OS terminal shell. The whole point was to build a purposefully complicated command-line OS — context switching, weird command syntax, ternary-flavored units, and a boot sequence that takes itself too seriously.
WHAT IT CAN DO
- Boot into a
CORE>prompt and switch contexts with/des(file system, Windows explorer, snake, system info) - Browse and edit files with its own URN paths and
/loc//mod//runcommand set - Jump into real Windows drives through the WFE context
- Show system info and run fake 1955-era ternary hardware diagnostics
- Play a built-in Snake game from the SG context
- Track “RAM” / module loads in trytes, with a rolling terminal and matrix-style UI
HIGHLIGHTS
- Context-switching CLI OS, not a thin script wrapper
- Intentionally dense command language
- Balanced-ternary display units (Ty / KTy / MTy)
- Boot animation into the CORE prompt
- Stack Python · contexts
- Form OS terminal shell
- Contexts CORE · FS · WFE · SG · SI
- Theme Ternary CLI OS
